My Profile

My love of travelling has brought me to 45 of U.S. states, 50 different countries and counting.  In 2006, I established Patriot Vacation with the understanding that vacation time is precious.  Our goal is simple, come back from your trip with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime no matter where in the world you decide to travel.

Personal Service

As an independent travel agent I know that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to travel.?We work with you to create a unique itinerary and will plan every aspect of your trip.?We will consult with you and present all of your options so that you can make the best choices. Our?expertise and personal industry connections?are at your service. We have assisted clients with honeymoons, inter-generational/family vacations, group vacations, and couples or individuals that just want a getaway.

Unlike the online giants, We are personally involved in each vacation plan without charging any fees. We treat our client’s vacation dollars as if they were our own. Our affiliations with many travel partners and professional associations allow us to compete with online options.  However, we have no allegiance to any one travel partner, We can mix and match suppliers to deliver you the best values, while still meeting your expectations.

Personal Experience

Early on most of my travel was in the U.S. and Canada. Then about 20 years ago, I took my first cruise and fell in love with it! I have been on more than 60 cruises taking me to Bermuda, islands throughout the Caribbean as well as Mexico, Central America, the Baltic countries including Russia, the Greek Isles, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Italy and Scandinavian countries. I twice cruised Alaska including a land tour of the spectacular Denali National Park, where wildlife is abundant.  Alaska is truly America’s last frontier.  I experienced the beautiful South Pacific, visiting 4 of the Hawaiian Islands.  I also enjoyed the history and engineering of the Panama Canal.  Through a series of 5 locks, the canal raises and lowers ships the size of buildings 85 feet above sea level and back down, all with gravity only, no pumps or motors.  The American Society of Civil Engineers has called the Panama Canal one of the seven wonders of the modern world. One of my more recent cruises down the Rhine and Danube Rivers allowed me to experience the beauty and culture of the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.

In addition to cruising, I have taken many traditional vacations and tours including air vacations to England, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.  A couple of coach tour vacations in Ireland.  I have also enjoyed a number of all-inclusive vacations including Jamaica and Aruba.
